Orders and refunds
You can follow every order in the app under Menu › Orders. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or different from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo where possible. Our Terms of Use explain cancellations, returns, refunds and event bookings.
Your account and data
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Menu › Profile › Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights.
